Union Position Statement:

The Dakota County Family Child Care Association's Executive Board
does not support the organization of family child care providers by any
unions for the purpose of bargaining or negotiation.  Licensed family
child care providers, as small business owners, have the right to
determine their own terms, rates, or fees as they deem necessary.  The
DCFCCA will not accept articles, advertisements, contributions or
funding contributed by union representatives.
