Why would you like to serve on the DCFCCA board?
What expertise can you bring to this board position?
You must be a legally licensed provider in Dakota County and been a Tier I member of
DCFCCA for at least one year.  All candidates running for a board position must not
have any pending negative licensing actions and has not had any substantiated
complaints within the last five years in order to be considered.  To be eligible to be
elected to the office of President and Vice President, you must have served on the
Executive Board for at least one (1) year out of the past five (5) years. Terms of office
begin on June 1 and ends May 31.
