For cartridges to qualify for payment, they must:
* Be OEM, original manufacturer's brand such as
HP, Lexmark, Dell, Canon and Sharp only.
* Have a print head.
They cannot be damaged, remanufactured,
refilled, or ink tanks (without print head).
