| Any provider can be nominated, and that in itself is quite an honor! |
However, to qualify for the award recipients must meet
the following criteria:
1. Actively licensed for a minimum of three year and has not
previously received this award within the past ten years.
2. Exhibit special competency as a child care provider.
3. Promote in-home licensed child care in his/her community.
4. Demonstrate professional skills in child care in community
activities.
5. Has made a positive impact on the lives of young children.
6. Has specific future goals to enhance his/her competency
as a child care provider.
7. Provider does not have any pending negative licensing
actions and has not had any substantiated complaints in
the last three years.
the following criteria:
