Take a look at three parenting styles and see what yours
is. Recognize triggers that make us behave differently
than we may want to. Learn strategies to calm down
during times of stress.

“A First Aid Refresher”

(American Heart Association)

All of us were required to have our basic first aid course to
be licensed, however, many of us have not refreshed
since that time. Catherine will help us remember how to
prevent injuries in our infants and toddlers, respond to life
threatening emergencies and provide basic first aid to
infants and toddlers.

"WEAVE THE MAGIC, SPIN THE TALE; THE ART AND JOY
OF STORYTELLING"
presented by Julie Goldstein

Julie returns to us this fall with her storytelling magic!  Why
is listening to stories for young children so important?  
How do we relax our children to better hear our stories,
while relaxing ourselves?  Put the storybook aside and
learn how to make stories come alive. Stories shared will
be begged to be retold.

Go down the hall and take the next left
The lecture room is immediately on the right (near the girl’s restroom)

West Area:

Enter the parking lot off of Johnny Cake Ridge Road
Tennis Courts are on the right side
The Parking lot is ahead to the right

Right at the first Quad door
Pass 2 locker bays on the left
Left at the first blue lockers

East Area: (on scheduled dates ONLY otherwise they are held at Rosemount Community Center)
Rosemount Middle School  (Rosemount)
Hwy 3 and 143rd Street West (go west)
The Middle School is on the right side of 143rd
Enter door #1
Go left up the ramp after the double doors
Walk past a set of locker bays on the left
Take the next right (sign on the wall, lecture rooms)
Lecture room is the 1st room on the left
PARKING: There is a small circle lot near door #1 and a larger lot further up on the left.
