“Group Dynamics”
Presented by:
Becky Elrasheedy

Supervision U Training

In this class we will look at the skills needed to be part of
a group and how the development of social skills is
necessary to be successful in all group situations. We
will take a look at how a child’s sense of self identity, self
esteem, and impulse control can change the dynamics of
a group. Just as the individual child affects a group so
does the expectations, boundaries, rules and activities
created by the adult supervising the group. We will look at
a variety of ideas that will help care givers use creativity
and harmony to create healthy fun group interaction in a
child’s life.
